Playoffs Round 2

Round 2

September 14th saw a wide array of weather and temperatures. The morning groups started off with a cool misty breeze, making the drives a little trickier on the Blue nine. As the temperature warmed and the breeze calmed, lower scores were turned in and the competition for first place was turned up.

With 88 of you participating this past Monday, Par Excellence won the match with the lowest cumulative score of 237, adding 50 points to their scoreboard for the season. The Merry Hillbillies came in second place, adding an addition 41 points to their scoreboard. After the season-long fight between these two teams, Par Excellence has made it back into first place, only 8 points ahead of the Merry Hillbilies!

Let’s take a look and see how everyone did this week.

Round 1 of Playoffs

September 7

Round one has completed, with 2 more weeks to go!

The first round of playoffs has seen a change in the leading team… finally! The Merry Hillbillies have taken the lead over Par Excellence. With 10 participants showing up to play, they managed to sneak past Par Excellence by a mere 2 points, bumping them into the lead with a total of 370 points! It looks like it will continue to be a battle for the next 2 weeks between these two teams, and Grip it and rip it also stands a chance if they bring their a-game for the next 2 playoff games.

Let’s take a look and see how the first round of playoffs unfolded.
